Albert Mason

Albert Mason, age 86, of McDonough, GA passed away on Monday, December 26, 2011. He was born on July 20, 1925 in Lillington, N.C. to the late Willie and Myrtle Mason. He owned and operated Payday Motor Co. in Atlanta for many years. He was preceded in death by his brother, Willie Mason Jr.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Willie Mae Mason; his children, Deborah Wallace and her husband, Phillip of McDonough, Patricia Patrick of McDonough, Billy Mason and his wife, Susan of Zanesville, Ohio, Shirley Vogt and her husband, Ed of Goldsboro, N.C., Linda Thompson of Harbor Hills, Ohio, Dennis Mason of Alabama and Susan Summerville of Stockbridge, GA; Eight grandchildren, Eight great-grandchildren and Two great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 30, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA with Pastor Bill Reese officiating. The interment will follow in Paulding Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
