Angelia Christenson

Angelia "Angel" Bettis Christenson, age 56, of Dallas, Ga passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2024 after a long illness. She was a homemaker who loved to cook, gardening, and sewing.

Friends and family are invited to share their love and support to Angel's immediate family on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, Ga from 12 pm - 2 pm. She is survived by her husband Jerome C. Christenson; son Dustin P. Christenson; daughter and son in law Shanda and Jason (JT) Tincher; mother and stepfather Carmen Hughes Carver and Leslie Darryl (LD) Carver; grandsons Jaxson Ford, Finnegan Ford, and Rowan Bearden; brother Randall Bettis; step-sisters Jennifer Harrison (David), Rebecca Marko, Sara Thomas (Mark); aunts Carol Bettis Webster, Gayle Bettis Casey (Joey); uncles Anthony "Tony" Bettis (Nancy), Floyd (Shirley) Hughes. Also surviving are many cousins and numerous friends. Angel will be missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

Angel was preceded in death by her father Larry Ray Bettis; paternal grandparents Ray and Marie Nix Bettis; maternal grandparents Arnold and Dollie Hughes.

In accordance to Angel's wishes she was cremated. Flowers are welcomed but for those who wish, and per Angel's instructions, the family encourages you plant a flower at your home in memory of her love of gardening.
