Arthur Rick Blethen

Arthur Rick Blethen passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022 at the age of 77 in his home after a long illness. He was born on February 28, 1945, son of the late Arthur and Lucille (Wiggins) Blethen in Joplin, Missouri. He retired from Human Resources at Lockheed in 1999.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Carolyn (Sawyer) Blethen; 2 sisters, Beverly Blethen Perry, Eloise Carter Adams.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Rick's honor to Samaritan's Purse , PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607.
