Aubrey “Buddy” Gray Haynes, age 75, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2014. He was born in Ohatchee, Alabama, on June 10, 1939 to the late Ellis Ober Haynes and Mary Rhue Haynes. He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Ellis Haynes. Mr. Haynes was a member at Grace Trinity Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Ellen Haynes; sons, Aubrey Gene Haynes of Alexandria, AL, Jamie Haynes & wife Brenda of Toccoa, GA; daughters, Audrey McElroy of Austell, GA, Cheryl Holliday & husband, Robert of Dallas, GA, Monique Pierce & husband Ron of Temple, GA; brothers, Jimmy Clayton Haynes & wife Theresa of Buffalo, NY, Jerry Wayne Haynes & wife Donna of Albertville, AL, Gene Berlen Haynes & wife Ona of Fyffe, AL; sisters, Mary Joyce Gadzo of San Tan Valley, AZ, and Sybil Beatrice Gayton & husband Ray of Waleska, GA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at 11:00 AM, in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Dennis Rich, Patricia Widner, & Reverend Thomas Blagg officiating. Interment will follow at Boiling Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Ohatchee, AL. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
