Barbara Long

Barbara Elaine Long, age 59, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021. She was born on August 18, 1961 in Powder Springs, GA, to her loving mother; Dorothy Strohm. Mrs. Long spent her life caring for her children and family. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.  In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her husband, David Long; brother, Robby Strohm; and sister, Sherry Eagle.

Mrs. Long is survived by her longtime partner, Timothy McHatten of Temple, GA; sons, Brad long and his wife Alexis of Villa Rica, GA, Travis Long of Kennesaw, GA; daughter, Amanda Cole and her husband Christopher of Mableton, GA; sister, Nora Elliott of Rockmart, GA; granddaughter, Liberty Long and many friends.

Per the families wishes Mrs. Long will be cremated and there are no planned services at this time.
