Mrs. Bertha Mitchell "Mitch" Paris, age 75, of Dallas, GA passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2007. She was born on April 12, 1932 in North Carolina. She was a Registered Nurse with Surgical Associates in Marietta, GA for over 40 years. Mrs. Paris was a member of Dallas First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lila Davis and her step-father, Lee Davis.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Joe C. Paris; a son, Paul J. Paris of Dallas; a daughter and son-in-law, Linda Paris Williamson and her husband, Murray of Douglasville; grandson, Clinton M. Williamson.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 8, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA with Rev. Steve Schofield officiating. The interment will follow in Cheatham Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dallas First United Methodist Church, 141 E. Memorial Dr., Dallas, GA 30132.
