Betty Ola Cole Baxter

Betty Ola Cole Baxter passed away on October 23, 2021, at the age of 89. Betty was born on November 7, 1931 in Dallas, Georgia to the late Herbert and Grace Wix. She worked as a cook, for the Paulding County School System, for over 25 years and was a faithful member of Pine Ridge Baptist Church. Betty was a loving mother, homemaker and friend who enjoyed cooking, flowers, and gardening.   She will be missed by all who had the privilege to know and love her.

Betty is survived by her sons, Landry Wayne Cole and his wife Deborah, Renford Cole; daughter, Lynn Ulm and her Fiancé, Leonard Westbrooks; brother, Alan Wix and his wife Iris; sister, Loretta Kaplan; five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, from 4:00PM-7:00PM. Per the families wishes a private graveside service will be held at a later date.
