Bobby Gene Freeman

Bobby Gene Freeman, age 83, of Dallas, GA., passed away on February 2, 2018. He was born in Hiram, GA., on December 18, 1934 to the late Walter and Jessie(Johnson)  Freeman. Mr. Freeman worked as a shipping clerk for Jervis B. Webb for 15 years and  Austell Box Board as a supervisor for 28 years. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church and served as a Deacon for 40 years. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Joe Freeman, his sisters, Geraldine Reese, Florence Reese, Christine Renfroe, first wife, Mary Alice Freeman and his great grandson , Isaac Parks.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Patsy Ann Freeman of Dallas, GA., his sons; Ronnie (Debi) Parks of Villa Rica., Ricky (Sandy) Freeman of Dallas, GA., Terry (Melody) Freeman of Dallas, GA., his 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren plus one on the way.

Funeral services for Mr. Freeman will be held on Monday, February 5, 2018 at Northside Baptist Church beginning at 2:00 PM with Pastor Shad Smith and Brother Josh Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Dallas City Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers; Philip Parks, Matt Freeman, Eric Taylor, Avery Parks, Eli Freeman, Shane White, Jordan McDonald, and Justin McAbee. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, February 4, 2018 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
