Catherine Faye Elrod, age 57, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2008. She was born in Thomaston, GA, on February 11, 1951, to the late, Charles William Alexander and the late Katherine Mitchell Alexander. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her fiance’, Oswald O. Tate of Dallas, GA; sons & daughters-in-law, Eddie & Judy Bryant of Marietta, GA, and Johnny & Kim Bryant of Austell, GA; daughters & sons-in-law, Brenda & Tommy Ashley of Marietta, GA, and Judy & Ralph McKenzie of Woodstock, GA; brothers & sisters-in-law, Ronnie & Betty Alexander of Douglasville, GA, and Eugene & Joy Alexander of Tarpon Springs, FL; sister & brother-in-law, Shirley G. & Lawrence Moon of Marietta, GA;
seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2008, at 3:00pm, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Dwayne Hewett officiating. Interment will follow in Peaceful Meadows Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and on Saturday from 10:00am until the service time.
