Danny Marlow

Danny Paul Marlow, age 66, of Marietta, GA, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. He was born on August 1, 1948, in Wartburg, TN, and was preceded in death by his father, Adam Douglas Marlow. Mr. Marlow retired from Cobb County Board of Education as a carpenter.

Survivors include wife of 48 years, Matina “Dianne” Marlow of Marietta, GA; children, Stephen Paul Marlow of Marietta, GA, Daryl Adam Marlow of Marietta, GA, and Diana Sherie Marlow of Atlanta, GA; mother, Christine Marlow of Dallas, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Dwayne & Lizette Marlow of Collegedale, TN; sisters and brothers-in-law, Anna & John Owens of Douglasville, GA, Roberta & Paul Whitaker of Dallas, GA, Lydia & Tim Camp of Dallas, GA, Sonya & Robyn Atcheson of Dallas, GA, and Elaine & Jeff Whitaker of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Christopher Marlow, Britney Marlow, Scott Fowler, Danielle Marlow, Abigail Marlow and Grace Marlow; one great-grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2015, at 3 PM, from Ridge Road Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the church on Sunday from 2 PM until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ridge Road Baptist Church at 56 Southland Path, Hiram, GA 30141, in memory of Mr. Marlow.
