Dianne Stanko

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Dianne Hembree Stanko, who passed away peacefully on January 10, 2025, at the age of 79. Dianne was born on July 4, 1945, in Hiram, Georgia, to the late Frank and Janelle Hembree. She spent her life as a dedicated homemaker and cherished member of her family, who will be greatly missed.

Dianne was known for her vibrant spirit and her deep love for her family. She cherished moments spent working in her kitchen, especially canning, basking in the warm sun at Panama City Beach, and attending her children and grandchildren's sporting events. in her spare time she found joy in shopping, traveling to new places, and was a devoted fan of "Wheel of Fortune." Throughout her life, Dianne cultivated a home filled with love, laughter, and a sense of togetherness.

In addition to her parents, Dianne is preceded in death by her stepmother, Camilla Hembree.

Dianne is survived by her devoted husband, Frank Stanko; sons, Todd (Lisa) Shipp, Mark (Michelle) Stanko; brother, John Hembree; grandchildren, Mason (Blaine) Shipp, Hayden (Hannah) Shipp, Jacob Stanko, Kayliana Warden, Camilla Warden; brother-in-law, Murry Ragsdale, Jeff Bunn and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

In honor of her life and the precious memories she leaves behind, a memorial service will be held at Clark Funeral Home from the Sam Clark Chapel on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM with Mr. Wendell Eberhart officiating. Before the service, the family will receive visitors at Clark Funeral Home from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

Dianne Hembree Stanko will be dearly missed, but her legacy of love and devotion will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew her.
