Earnest Lee Hook, age 53, of Powder Springs, GA, passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2009. He was born May 31, 1956, in Moline, IL, and was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffery Hook and sisters, Jennelle Hook and Jody Hook. He was a machinist for A-1 Compressor.
Survivors include his daughter, Brandi Lea Hook of Dallas, GA; parents, Earnest Gordon Hook & Joyce Jennelle Hook of Moline, IL; brother, John Hook of Moline, IL; sister & brother-in-law, Tina & Herb Black of Rock Island, IL; nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Thursday, July 16, 2009, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Mr. Hook will be buried in Greenview Memorial Cemetery in East Moline, IL, at a later date.
