Mr. Edward “Eddie” Eugene Crider, age 65, of Cedartown, GA, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2015. Mr. Crider was born on July 28, 1949 in Austell, GA, to the late William Slaton Crider & Lennie Ruth Buchanan Crider. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include, daughters, Lennette & James Oliver of Douglasville, GA, Becky & J.D. Durrett of Palmetto, GA, Karey Anderson of Hiram, GA, Shea Crider of Kennesaw, GA; brothers, George Crider of Cedartown, GA, Ray & Wendy Crider of Powder Springs, GA; sister, Evelyn & David Cole of Villa Rica, GA; three grandchildren; one great grandchild.
Funeral services for Mr. Crider will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at 11:00 AM, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, with Reverend Mike Woods officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be, Justin Oliver, Zachary Oliver, Kalob Roberts, Slaton Crider, Lonnie Campbell and Chris Vick. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be, Joe Hodges, Timmy Holloway, Art Clay and Tommy Lawrence. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, February 23, 2015, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
