Biography Emily June Maple, age 54, of Dallas, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2009. She was born, December 30, 1954, in Austell, GA, to Evie Irene Holland Walls & the late, Warner Wendell Walls. Besides her father, Mrs. Maple was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Sanford Maple and step-son, Jeremy Maple. She was a member of New Hope First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons, Daniel Maple of Dallas, and Paul Maple of Dallas; mother, Evie Irene Walls of Powder Springs; brothers & sisters-in-law, Wendell & Patsy Walls of Alpharetta, Terry & Peggy Walls of Powder Springs, Hal & Jane Walls of Ballground, and Greg & Linda Walls of Adairsville; and her fiance’,
Merrill Utterback of Dallas.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2009, at 3:00 pm, from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Durwood Perry officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the service time.
