Emily Dorris Smith

Emily Dorris Smith, age 93 of Hiram, GA passed away at her residence on Saturday, August 17, 2019. She was a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church of Powder Springs. She was preceded in death by her parents; Louie and Estella Smith; husband, Robert Jehu Smith, Jr.; and two sisters; Joan Austin and Marjorie Garrard.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Melinda Smith Mock and Dave Mock of Alpharetta, GA and two nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Alan Davis and Rev. Mike Woods officiating. Interment will follow at Powder Springs City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.
