Evelyn "Sue" (Wilson) Davis

Evelyn "Sue" Davis passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2023. She was born on August 7, 1936, Daughter of the late Grady and Mollie Wilson in Easley,SC. She Retired from Lockheed after 30 years. Sue enjoyed spending time with her family, doing puzzles and reading, especially Danielle Steele or John Grisham. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend who will be missed greatly.

In addition to her parents, Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband, Johnny L. Davis, and brother, Larry Wilson.

She is survived by her two sons, Jody (Maria) Davis, Gregg (Darlene) Davis; three grandchildren, Meghan Stowers, Jett Davis, Shelby Davis; one great-grandchild, Jordyn Stowers; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral Service for Sue will be held at Clark Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 2:00 PM with Minister Ricky Gray officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her late husband at Rolling Hills Memorial Park in Acworth, Ga immediately following the service with Greg McNeese, Chad Davis, Paul Harper, Brodie Harper, Dylan Chandler, and Caleb serving as pallbearers.
