Floy Alexander

Floy T. Alexander, age 91, of Hiram, GA, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2013. She was born in Dallas, GA, March 17, 1922, and was preceded in death by her parents, Bogen C. & Flora Watts, and her husband, Willis Alexander. Mrs. Alexander was a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her children, Mary Willene Alexander of Hiram, GA, Larris Alexander of Hiram, GA, Norman Alexander of Hiram, GA, Sharon Dobbs of Hiram, GA and Myranda Flemister of Powder Springs, GA; sisters, Emma Watts and Burma Estes, both of Hiram, GA; sisters-in-law, Minnie Alexander of Hiram, GA and Vera Alexander of Powder Springs, GA; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; aunts, Jewell McGregor of Dallas, GA and Bonnie J. McGregor of Yorkville, GA; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, June 6, 2013, at 1:00 PM, from Mars Hill Baptist Church, with Reverend Robert Bryant officiating. (Mrs. Alexander will lie-in-state at the church from 12:00 noon until the service time.) Interment will held in the Paulding Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 5, 2013, at Clark Funeral Home, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
