Frances Carlisle

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Frances Craft Carlisle, who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 89. Frances was born on August 26, 1935, and lived in Hiram, Georgia.

An avid fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and the game show Family Feud, Frances found joy in both competitive sports and light-hearted entertainment. She took great pleasure in gardening and cooking, both activities brought her immense satisfaction and joy.

Frances was a devoted mother and grandmother, known for her outspoken personality and unwavering support. She will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love and nurturing spirit will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know her .

Frances is preceded in death by her parents, Beatrice and George; her husband, John Franklin, Carlisle, Jr.; her son, Mark Carlisle; and her eleven brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her son, John Franklin Carlisle III; her grandchildren, John Wesley Carlisle and Jordan Carlisle.

The family will receive friends and loved ones at Clark Funeral Home on Sunday, January 12, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Frances will begin at 4:00 PM at Sam Clark Chapel with Pastor Troy Hall officiating.

Interment will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025, at Georgia Memorial Park.
