Frances Nellene "Moomee" Martin

Frances Nellene “Moomee” Martin, age 80, of Hiram, GA, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at Wellstar Paulding Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Martin was born on September 8, 1939 in Atlanta, GA. She worked as a homemaker and was a member of Christ Freedom Church. Frances was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Gary Herndon and sister, Barbara Stover.

Survivors include her beloved husband of 59 years, Herbert “Lee” Martin of Hiram, GA, daughters; Robyn (Greg) Spence of Acworth, GA, Susie Bates of Hiram, GA, son, Joe Martin of Hiram, GA, brother, Don (Cathy) Herndon of Lithia Springs, GA, grandchildren; Lance (Rene) Price, Jodi (Eric) Beal, Katie (Brian) Lary, Carissa Hendrix, great grandchildren; Cameron Price, Caden Price, Ryan Price, Evan Price, Micah Glover, Mara Glover, Mallory McCray, Brentlee Lary, Jayci Alford and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Martin will be held on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 3:00 PM from the Clark Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Curtis Downey officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
