Frank Norman Watts Sr.

Frank Watts Sr. , age 83, of Powder Springs, GA. passed away on Friday, August 3, 2018. He was born on March 5, 1935 in Thorsby, AL., to the late Layfayette and Johnie Watts. Mr. Watts worked as a Aircraft supervisor for Lockheed Martin for 33 years. He was in The Army National Guard and a member of Springdale Baptist Church in Rockmart, GA.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Carolyn B. Watts of Powder Springs, GA., sons; Frank and Janice Watts of Chatsworth, GA., Wes and Tracy Watts of Dallas, GA., daughter, Carla and Lance McCravy of Dallas, GA., sisters; Kathryn Thomas of Bessemer, AL., Willadean Eichelberg of Cocoa Beach, FL., his 16 grandchildren and his 7 great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews are survived by him as well as a number of other relatives, friends and his special caregiver, Virginia Phillips.

Funeral services for Mr. Watts will be held on Monday, August 6, 2018 at 3:00 PM from The Clark Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Bobby McDowell officiating. Interment will follow the service at Springdale Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentleman serving as pallbearers; Steven Watts, John Watts, Brandon Bowman, Brett Bowman, Michael Stenger, and Jeffery Watts.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, August 5, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
