Gail Marie Dowd

Gail Marie Dowd, age 73 of Dallas, GA, passed away on June 14, 2021. She was born on January 12, 1948 to her late parents, James and Hazel Wardlaw. Mrs. Dowd worked at the Cobb Sheriff’s office for nearly 20 years, loved reading, and cherished spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Raymond Leo Dowd.

Mrs. Dowd is survived by her daughter, Lisa Dowd; son, Anthony James Dowd; grandchildren, Dylana Marie Dowd and Gabriel James Dowd.

Memorial services for Mrs. Dowd will be held at Clark Funeral Home on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 11:00am. Per Mrs. Dowd’s wishes, she will be cremated.

The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who may be unable to attend the service in person due to Covid-19 concerns.
