Garry Dale Warren, age 73, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at Powder Springs Nursing Home. He was born on April 11, 1947 in Wayne, MI, to his late parents; George and Velma Warren. Garry served in the United States Air Force for 21 years. Mr. Warren was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, great grandfather and friend who will be missed by all who knew and loved him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Garry Robert Warren, sisters; Marylou Campbell, Eleanor Watkins, and brothers; Harold Warren and Francis Warren.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Reta Warren of Dallas, GA, sons; Matthew Warren Sr. and his wife, Rachel of Powder Springs, GA, Anthony Stevens and his wife, Robin of Rockmart, GA, Theodore Stevens and his wife, Jennifer of N.C., daughter, Alischia Pachucki and her husband, Ken of MI., siblings; Ronald Warren of Peck, MI, Georgina Warren of Carsonville, MI, William Warren and his wife, Lana of Carsonville, MI, Irma Wallington and her husband, Ernest of Sandusky, MI, Ida Dutchess of Seminole, FL, Floyd Warren and his wife, Sue of Jeddo, MI, Lucky Warren of Sandusky, MI, Carol Eberle and her husband, Daryl of Port Sanilac, MI, Charlene Lago and her husband, Dan of Carsonville, MI, Paul Warren and his wife, Deb of Carsonville, MI, Irene Decker and her husband, Ken of Carsonville, MI, Eleanor Hoffman and her husband, Glen of Acworth, GA, 18 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life for Mr. Warren will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at 2:00 PM from The Clark Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Wayne Bechtel and Pastor LeAnn Bechtel officiating. Interment will follow the service at Powder Springs Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friend at the funeral home for a visitation on Saturday, August 8, 2020 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who will not be able to attend the service in person due to the states Covid-19 restrictions. (No more than 50 people inside the funeral home at one time) If attending the visitation or service, the staff of Clark Funeral Home highly recommends that a face mask be worn and that social distancing is practiced to help prevent the spreading of any possible illnesses and to help keep visitors, friends and family members of Mr. Warren safe.
