George Claude Hales, Jr., age 86, of Hiram, GA, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2011. He was born in Paulding County, October 16, 1925, to the late, George Claude Hales, Sr. and the late, Hattie Cole Hales. Mr. Hales served in the U. S. Navy. He was retired from Holder Construction Company, as a superintendent.
Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Virginia Couch Hales; sons & daughter-in-law, George “Randy” Hales of Hiram, GA and Keith & Debra Hales of Dallas, GA; daughter & son-in-law, Leigh & Tim Schreiber of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Keith Hales, Jr., Brian Schreiber (Emily), and Wesley Hales; great-grandchild, Molly Hales; and sister-in-law, Frances Kroelinger of Tempe, AR.
Private memorial services will be held.
