George Edward Leonhard, age 75, of Dallas, GA, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2011. He was born in St. Paul, Minnesota, August 26, 1935 and was preceded in death by his parents, George Edward Leonhard & Gertrude Leonhard; wife, Sherry Ann Leonhard; and a son, Steven James Leonhard. He worked as a metallurgical engineer and was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
Survivors include his son, Michael Leonhard of Duluth, GA; daughter & son-in-law, Ann & Jerry Fuller of Pelham, AL; grandchildren, Amy Hollar and Brenda Nuckles; great-grandchildren, Amelia Hollar, Chase Nuckles, Zeke Hollar and Kansas Nuckles.
A memorial service will be Sunday, March 6, 2011, at 2:00 PM, from St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, with Father Adrian Pleus officiating.
