Glenda Jackson

Glenda May Jackson, age 64, of Dallas, GA passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2014. She was born on December 12, 1949 in Scottsburg, IN and preceded in death by her parents, Ervin and Marjorie Murphy Collins and husband, William Fletcher Jackson. She was employed with WellStar Paulding for approximately 30 years as a Medical Tech and was a member of Dallas First Methodist.
Survivors include her son David Jackson of Dallas, GA and daughter, Kristen Jackson also of Dallas, GA; brothers, Gary and Rita Collins, Andrew and Terri Collins and Kevin and Jemma Collins all of Scottsburg, IN and John and Gayle Collins of Underwood, IN; sisters, Annette and Bill Parrish of Sellersberg, IN, Deena and Ken Murphey of Greenville, SC and Lori and Steve O’ Brien of Scottsburg, IN and special friend, Anna Samimi.
Funeral services for Mrs. Jackson will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Schofield officiating. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at New Chapel Cemetery in Scottsburg, IN. The family will receive friends at Stewart Funeral Home in Scottsburg, IN between 12 noon and 2:00 p.m.
