Gordon Walter Alsobrook Jr., age 78 of Dallas, GA passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at his residence. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and a commercial painter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Pauline Alsobrook, Sr.; brother, George Alsobrook; grandson, Anthony T. Cleveland and sister-in-law, Betty Jo Alsobrook.
Survivors include his sons and daughter-in-laws; Barry and Lora Alsobrook of Port St. Lucie, FL, Mark and Tina Levette of Dallas, GA; daughter, Mona L. Alsobrook of Acworth, GA; brothers and sister-in-laws, Dennis and Karen Alsobrook , Bobby Alsobrook, Doug and Dorothy Alsobrook ; sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Dr. Johnny Turner all of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Jennifer Cleveland of Acworth, GA, Michael Levette of Dallas, GA, Blake Dozier of Hiram, GA, Justin Kloos of Atlanta, GA, Nathan Kloos of Marietta, GA and one great-grandchild, Joshua Pickett of Acworth, GA.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Dr. Johnny Turner officiating. Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening, May 16, 2017 between the hours of 5:00 and 8:00 p.m.
