Herschel Lee Jackson, age 77, of Hiram, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2008. He was born on August 25, 1931, in Lawrence, AL, to the late Ernest and Lynn Jackson. Mr. Jackson was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Barbara Lea Vernier and brother, Kenneth R. Jackson.
Survivors include, son and daughter-in-law, Torey & Jennifer Jackson of Jasper, AL; daughters and sons-in-law, Gigi & Ricky McCauley of Jasper, AL, Barbette Herron of Jasper, AL, Nina & Bobby Taylor of Jasper, AL; brother, Billy Jackson of Birmingham, AL; sister and brother-in-law, Bobbi Nell & Bob Johnson of Wilmington, NC; eleven grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 5 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Isley officiating.
