Howard Frost

William H. "Howard" Frost, age 62, of Dallas, GA, passed away Sunday, August 14, 2011. He was born October 16, 1948, in Abbeville County, SC, and was preceded in death by his parents, Clark Alexander Frost & Ethel Inez Frost and his sister, Juanita Ellis. Mr. Frost was a Vietnam veteran of the U. S. Army. He worked for National Environmental Audit Services as a project manager and attended Hope United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Elizabeth Frost; son & daughter-in-law, William & Carrie Frost of Easley, SC; daughter, Haven Bailey of South Carolina; step-son, Carl & Dana Roberts of Arlington, TN; host Dad to Mathis & Alejandra; brother-in-law, Mack Ellis of Abbeville, SC; niece, Kim Ranker of Zephyrhills, FL; and Mr. Frost was a grandfather.
Per the wishes of Mr. Frost, he was cremated. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
Clark Funeral Home, Hiram, GA, is in charge of arrangements.
