Imogene Osborne

Imogene Osborne, age 89, of Dallas, GA. went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Friday, April 13, 2018. She was born on May, 2, 1928 to the late Claude and Eula Davis. Mrs. Osborne was a loving mother, and Grandmother. She worked in the Paulding County school system in the lunch room for over 30 years and was a member of New Canaan Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, G. W. Osborne, her parents, and her sister, Josephine Davis.

Survivors include her son, Sammy (Donna) Osborne of Hiram, GA., her daughter, Susan (Jim) Butler of Dallas, GA., two brothers; A.C. (Joan) Davis of Dallas, GA., Johnny (Gail) Davis of Dallas, GA., her three grandchildren; Scott (Cindy) Vanek, Jamie Alsobrook, Bailey (Jordan) Edwards, her three great grandchildren, Sarah Vanek, Liza Vanek, Polly Alsobrook, and her one great great grandchild, Adelie Cook. Several nieces and nephews are also survived by her.

Funeral services for Mrs. Osborne will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from New Canaan Baptist Church at 2:00 PM with Rev. Jason Loudermilk officiating. Interment will follow at Dallas Memory Gardens with the following gentleman serving as pallbearers; Jordan Edwards, Michael Davis, Paul Alsobrook, Joe Anderson, Bill Foster and Jim Butler. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 16, 2018 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM
