James Earl Motes

James Earl Motes, age 77, of Bremen, GA, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018. He was born on February 3, 1941, to the late Miles & Estelle Motes, and was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Marie Motes. Mr. Motes worked as an electrician for over 20 years.

Survivors include his sons, Jimmy & Christy Motes of Hiram, GA, Chris Motes of Dallas, GA, Robbie & Lauren Motes of Cartersville, GA, and Michael & Ashley Motes of Bremen, GA; daughters, Lisa Motes of Bremen, GA, Linda & William Parker of Cumming, GA, and Nancy & Mitch Emmett of Kennesaw, GA; sister, Patricia & Richard Anderson of Kennesaw, GA; brother, Felton & Sherry Motes of Nelson, GA; seventeen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018, at 1 PM, from Hiram First Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Clark Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses for Mr. Motes.
