James Short

Mr. James Earl Short Jr., age 45, of Hiram, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2007. He was born on April 8, 1961 in Moorehead, Mississippi to the late James Short Sr. and Lucy Short.
Surviving are his wife, Anne Short of Hiram; his son, James Short III of Long Island, N.Y.; daughters, Autumn Beckworth of Woodstock and Latisha Haynes of Jackson, MS; sisters, Brenda Nichols of Long Island, N.Y. and Mary Phillips of Indanola, MS.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. from Sweet Home Baptist Church in Hiram with Dr. Jeffery Winbush officiating. He will lie in state at the church for one hour prior to the service. The interment will follow in Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA is in charge of arrangements.
