Jim Brooks, age 75, of Hiram, GA, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2015. He was born on August 20, 1939, in Boston, MA, to the late John & Lillian Brooks. Jim was Christian by faith.
Survivors include wife, Trudi Isle Brooks; stepchildren, Burt Marby of Dallas, GA, Margie & John Frost of Powder Springs, GA; son & daughter in law, Mike & Sheri Brooks of Carrollton, GA; daughters, Patricia Brooks of Lithia Springs, GA, Barbara Brooks of Douglasville, GA; son, David Brooks of Lithia Springs, GA; brothers, Richard Brooks of Melburne, FL, Walter & Gloria Brooks of MA, Carl & Lee Brooks of MA; sister, Dorothy Carroll; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Brooks will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at 3:00 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Minister Mike Brooks officiating. Interment will follow at Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 21, 2015, from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
