Joe Glenn Kirkpatrick

Joe Glenn Kirkpatrick, age 86, passed away on Sunday September 5, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Kirkpatrick was born on August 19, 1935 to his late parents, Adair and Lila Kirkpatrick in Cedartown, GA. Joe worked at General Motors on the assembly line for more than 29 years. He enjoyed gardening and spending time with his siblings, children, grandchildren, and most of all his wife. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Margarite Clark and Francis Waters; brothers, Fred Kirkpatrick, Don Kirkpatrick, Jack Kirkpatrick, and Jeff Kirkpatrick.

Joe is survived by his loving wife, Audrey Mae Kirkpatrick; sons, Joey (Karen) Kirkpatrick, Jimmy (Lynn) Kirkpatrick, Darryl (Andrea) Kirkpatrick, and Mark Kirkpatrick; sisters, Dorothy Fincher and Martha Anne Varner; brothers, Paul Kirkpatrick, Russel Kirkpatrick, and Clyde Kirkpatrick; grandchildren, Joseph Kirkpatrick, Caleb (Brooke) Freeman, Abbie Kirkpatrick, Lindsey Kirkpatrick, and Amber (Andrew) Roach; great-grandchild, Brendon Kirkpatrick; fur babies, Sam and Charlie.

The family will receive friends prior to the service starting at 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM. Graveside services for Mr. Joe Kirkpatrick will be held at Dallas Memory Gardens on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 3:30 with Rev. Jimmy Temples officiating.
