Joel Paul Sustaita

Joel Paul Sustaita passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023. He was born on July 17, 1995, in Austell, GA. Joel had an infectious way about him, attracting friends wherever he went. He had a certain charisma that made everyone feel comfortable in his presence. His smile would melt your heart, and he was a kind, genuine, easy spirit. Joel was protective of all those who meant the most to him - his brothers and his family, as he was fiercely loyal. Joel had a goofy, silly sense of humor and loved to make everyone around him laugh. He was one of a kind. Joel was a spiritual person who often prayed to St. Anthony. His athleticism and competitive nature rounded out a beautiful, precious soul.

Joel is survived by his parents, Jesse Sustaita and Jennifer Wallace Vess; four brothers, Devin, Jesse, Jacob, and Joshua; his paternal grandmother, Nan Eldredge; his maternal grandfather, Edward Wallace; a sister-in-law, Georgia; three uncles, Tony, David, and Billy; an aunt, Beth Berry; cousins, Tony, Madison, Marisa, Austin, Carlee, and Rylee.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Saturday, April 01, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Funeral Service for Joel will be held at Clark Funeral Home on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Brian Berryhill officiating.
