John Jeffery Achter

John Jeffery Achter, 58, of Temple GA passed away on May 19, 2022. He was born on March 5th, 1964, in Rochester, Minnesota to Richard Achter and Nora Goodman.

He was a United States Marine Veteran and worked as a geologist for chemistry labs. John was extremely smart and always extended a helping hand to anyone that needed one.

He is survived by his Mother, Nora Goodman, aunts, Juanita Pardue and Clara (Richard) Smith. His uncle, Henry (Nancy) Wood and many cousins.
John Achter was preceded in death by his stepfather, Dr. James B. Goodman.
The family will receive friends Monday May 23rd, 2022, from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at Clark Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held on Monday May 23rd, 2022, at 2:00pm at Clark Funeral Home.
