Jonathon Lee Blevens, age 31, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017. He was born on April 28, 1986, in Carrollton, GA, and was preceded in death by his father, Perry Wallace Blevens.
Survivors include his wife, Amber Blevens; mother, Brenda Lee Blevens of Dallas, GA; brothers, John & Crystilyn Blevens of Tennessee, and Joshua Hagans of Texas; sister, Karen Chamblin of Dallas, GA; nieces and nephews, Aurora Blevens, Staci Blevens, Mekenzie Chamblin and Orion Blevens.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017, from 11 AM until 2 PM, at White Oak Park in Dallas, GA.
