Joseph "Michael" Bixby Sr.

Joseph Michael “Mike” Bixby Sr. age 63, of Dallas, GA passed away on March 30, 2017. He was born on August 9, 1953 in Rolling Fork, Mississippi to the late Willard C. Bixby, Sr. & Euginia Cook Bixby. Mr. Bixby worked for United Associated Workers Local 85 for over 9 years as a sheet metal worker.
Survivors include his wife Debra Bixby, son Joseph Bixby Jr.,(Emily) of Dallas, GA; his daughter Katie Shuler (Walter) of Carnesville, Ga., his brothers Willard C. Bixby, Jr. & Howard Bixby. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, Bailey Shuler; Joseph M. Bixby, III, Braeden Shuler, Brooklyn K. Bixby & Lucas G. Bixby as well as one great grandson on the way.
In accordance to his wishes, his body will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held on April 23, 2017 from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM at American Legion Post 111.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any Veteran organization or The American Legions Riders.
