Joyce T Edwards

Joyce T. Edwards, 80, of Hiram, GA passed away on Friday, June 5, 2020.  She was born on May 19, 1940 in Edwardsville, AL. She was a loving mother and grandmother and a faithful member of Flint Hill United Methodist Church. She was known and loved by many as a local beautician for more than 50 years. She loved her customers and was a loyal friend. Through her physical battle, she never lost faith in or sight of the One she believed in.

Mrs. Edwards is survived by her daughter, Pamela Edwards of Dallas, GA; three grandchildren Zachary A. McCormick (Lindsay) of Carrollton, GA, Brandie M. Bookout (Bobby) of Powder Springs, GA, and Kellie M. Turner (Scott) of Milner, GA; and two great-grandchildren Taylor McCormick and Ethan Turner.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James N. Edwards and her son, James Scott Edwards.

A private graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2020, at 3 p.m. at Paulding Memorial Gardens in Hiram, GA with Pastor Steve Griggors officiating.
