Joyce Fuller Hogsed, a loving wife, devoted mother, and cherished grandmother, passed away on September 20, 2023, at her residence in Newnan, Georgia, at the age of 67. Born on February 27, 1956, in Villa Rica, Georgia, Joyce was the daughter of Harold Dyer and the late Virginia Dyer.
Joyce's dedication to her loved ones was unparalleled, and her selflessness knew no bounds. Throughout her life, Joyce had several hobbies and interests that brought her immense joy. In her younger years, she played softball, displaying her athleticism and competitive spirit on the field. Joyce also cherished her time spent fishing with her beloved grandma. Joyce took pleasure in the art of macramé, expertly weaving intricate patterns and designs.

Joyce had a special place in her heart for family gatherings and holidays. She loved nothing more than the joy and laughter that filled the room when her family came together, creating cherished memories that will forever be cherished. Joyce was known to make the best Sweet Tea.
Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband of 26 years, Bobby Hogsed; her loving father, Harold Dyer; her four beloved children: Matthew Hogsed, Jennifer Glover, Allen Davis, and Shannon Powell; her five sisters, Peggy, Brenda, Norma, Sandy and Jan; and the precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren who held a special place in her heart.
A Visitation to honor Joyce's life will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, Georgia.
