Judith Summers

Judith Summers, age 78, of Austell, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2013. She was born on March 10, 1935, in Rainsville, AL, to the late Esker and Rose Mims. Ms. Summer retired from the Georgia Department of Revenue where she worked as an Administrative Assistant for 34 years, and was a member of Macland Baptist Church. She was an avid Alabama and Braves fan, loved gardening and enjoyed reading novels.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Joy Walker & Dennis Whitlow of Dallas, GA, and Jill Frazier of Newnan, GA; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at 11 a.m., from Powder Springs Memorial Gardens, with Reverend Don Rackley officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, from 10 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
