Julia Fae Austin

Julia Fae Austin, age 86, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Sunday, September 5, 2021. Mrs. Austin was born on September 19, 1934 in Dallas, GA. She was a member of Narroway Baptist Church, loved to travel, and being with family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alex and Rilla Turner.

Julia is survived by her loving husband, Joe Thomas Austin; her daughter, Melanie (Rick) Sewell; sons, Jeffrey Mark Austin and Michael (Wanda) Austin; brother, Waitcel Turner; grandchildren, Tara (Sean) Taber, Brooke (Blake) Turner, Reagan Sewell, and Riley Sewell; great-grandchildren, Austin Moore and Ashton Taber.

Private services for Mrs. Austin will be held graveside at Narroway Baptist Church Cemetery on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Jimmy Tibbitts officiating. Pallbearers for the service will be, Blake Turner, Sean Taber, Larry Austin, Jimmy Turner, Austin Moore, and Brad Wood.
