Karen Meadows

Karen Lee Meadows, age 58, of Dallas, GA, passed away Monday, April 23, 2007. The daughter of Mary Nell Roberts and the late, Everett Roberts, Sr., she was born in Miami, Florida, on April 17, 1949. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Preston Valentine. Karen was a homemaker and a loving grandmother. She was a member of Unity Baptist Church.
Survivors include her mother, Mary Nell Roberts of Dallas; daughters, Sherrie Gentry of Temple, Kearrie Valentine of Temple, Courtney & John Bohanon of Dallas, and Kayce Vise of Dallas; brother, Everett "Sonny" Roberts, Jr. of Dallas; sister, Maureen Greenway of Atlanta and Betty Jo "Cis" Ramey of Naples, FL ; special family friend, Joe Hillman of Hiram; seven grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2007, from Clark Funeral Home, at 11:00am, with Reverend Don Voyles officiating. Interment will follow in Kennesaw Memorial Park . The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, April 27, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to Unity Baptist Church Building Fund, 431 Mustang Drive, Dallas, GA 30157.
