Kenneth Coggins

Kenneth Vernon Coggins, age 82, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021. Kenneth was born on April 20, 1939 to the late Jesse Vernon and Nell Coggins. He worked as an assembly line worker in the auto industry for over 30 years and was a Christian by faith. He was a loving husband, father, and friend, who will be missed by many. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Loretta Bailey.

Kenneth is survived by his wife Wanda Coggins; sons, Ken (Linda) Coggins of Smyrna TN, Ted (Ronda) Coggins of Oxford, AL, Tim (Lisa) Coggins of Boynton Beach, FL, Jim (Shannon) Coggins of Murfreesboro, TN; stepchildren, Missy Austin of Dallas, GA, Chris French of Dallas, GA, and 13 grandchildren.

Funeral service for Kenneth will be held at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 11:00AM. Interment will follow at Peaceful Meadows Cemetery with Ken Coggins, Ted Coggins, Tim Coggins, Jim Coggins, Tate Cole, Andrew Coggins and Chris French serving as Pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 5:00PM to 8:00PM.
