Lamar Eason

Lamar Eason, 71, of Hiram, GA, passed away on November 21, 2021.  He was born on April 24, 1950, in Austell, GA to the late Taylor and Cora Eason.

Lamar was self-employed for over 30 years in the cable and trucking industries and was known as LV (Low Voltage) to his trucking family, and was also a member of New Life Baptist Church.  He was clever, always with a joke, and a laugh. He loved to play the guitar and sing gospel music with his group, One Accord.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife Nancy Eason.

He is survived by his loving companion, Teresa O’Shields; son, Taylor Eason; daughter, Shannon (David) Hunter; sister, Mary Ann (David Joe) Williams, Mildred (B.R.) Reece; grandchildren, Lexi (Philip) Garofano, Bailey (Caleb) Price, Tanner Hunter, Ty Hunter, Dylan Hunter; great grandchildren, Marci, Landon, Luke, Jace, Cade, Levi, Lucy, Ryleigh; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

A funeral service will be on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at 2:00PM at Clark Funeral Home with Randy Clarke officiating . Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens with Vermon Parmer, officiating. Tanner hunter, David Hunter, Ty Hunter, Dylan Hunter, Caleb Price, and Philip Garofano will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 from 11:00AM until 2:00 PM.
