Mr. Willard “ Lee” Kimbril, age 77 of Hampton, GA passed away at his residence on Saturday, March 4, 2017. Prior to retirement he was a machine mechanic for Write Paper Company, served in the United States Army and was a member of McDonough Road Baptist Church . He was preceded in death by his parents; Albert and Rosie Kimbril; his wife of 35 years, June Carolyn Prewett Kimbril; brothers, Tommy Kimbril ,Earl Kimbril and sister, Louise Kimbril.
Survivors include his daughters and son-inlaws; Carol and Raymond Coffey of Dacula, GA, Donna Landress of Cumming, GA, Jan and Kent Sears of Suwanee, GA and Vickie and Dago Tibbitts of Dallas, GA; sisters, Mae Helms of Griffin, GA and Mary and Frank Shikles of Cullman, AL ; grandchildren, Jason & Leslie Tibbitts, Kip Tibbitts & Tracey Olson, Matthew & Lesleigh Sears, Kaylee & Keith Davis, Kensie & Eli Arnold, Carson Sears, Mallory Sears, Madison Sears, Tiffany & Ryan Stephens, Johnathon Bennett, Michelle & Stephen Hamilton, Nickki Bennett, and Kimbrilly Bennett; great-grandchildren, Dustin Tibbitts, Keeley Tibbitts, Andrew Baxter, Easton Sears, Madaket Sears, Ryeland Davis, Sawyer Arnold, Huck Stephens, Gage Bennett, Natalie Bennett, and Preston Bennett; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Karki officiating. Interment will follow in the New Hope Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until the service time. Pallbearers will be Jason Tibbitts, Kip Tibbitts, Matthew Sears, Keith Davis, Carson Sears, Ryan Stephens, Johnathon Bennett, Dustin Tibbitts and Stephen Hamilton.
Flowers accepted or donations may be made to the New Hope Church Cemetery Fund.
