Lewis Dale Barner, Jr., age 51, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2008. He was born on December 13, 1956, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis Dale Barner, Sr. & Eunice Lewis Barner. Mr. Barner was a veteran of the U. S. Navy and he was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dallas.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy Davis Barner of Dallas and son, Lewis Dale Barner, III of Dallas, and sister, Kim Barler of Lock Haven, PA.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2008, at 2:00pm, from Powder Springs Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00am until the service time.
