Lillian Williams, age 82, of Hiram, GA, passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2010. She was born in Atlanta, GA, April 8, 1928, and was preceded in death by her parents, William Henry Spencer & Jessie Turner Spencer and husband, Herman Williams. Mrs. Williams worked for many years as a seamstress for Melbourne Manufacturing. She was a member of Harper Lake Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons & daughters-in-law, Marshall Williams of Hiram, Melvin Williams & Shirley Fields of Dallas, Michael & Beth Williams of Hiram and Marvin & Teresa Williams of Buchanan; brother, Carl Spencer of Whitesburg; sister, Jetta Allgood of Hiram; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Saturday, November 6, 2010, at 11:00 AM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Ted McClung officiating. Interment will follow in Paulding Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, November 5, 2010, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
