Linda Griffin Gravett, age 67, of Dallas, GA, passed away Monday, January 18, 2010. The daughter of Ruth C. Griffin and the late, Kermit
David Griffin, she was born July 10, 1942 in Paulding County. Her brother, Ronald Griffin, preceded her in death. Linda was retired from the Paulding County School System as a school bus driver and she was a member of New Canaan Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Janet Gravett of Dallas; mother, Ruth C. Griffin of Dallas; sister, Shirley Fields and brother-in-law, Melvin Williams both of Dallas; sister-in-law, Judy Griffin of Dallas; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, January 21, 2010, at 3:00 PM, from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Ricky Bice and Brother Ollie Shadrix officiating. Interment will follow in Paulding Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
