Lisa Ann Hames, age 51, of Powder Springs, GA passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2014. She was born on October 3, 1963 to Travis Hames, and the late Pat King Hembree. Including her mother, she was also preceded in death by her Brother, Brent Hames.
Survivors include her father, Travis Hames of Powder Springs, and her sister and brother-in-law, Ashley & Andrew Geronimo of Douglasville.
Memorial services will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at 4:00 PM in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 3:00 PM, until the time of service.
