Lisa May Townley, 61, of Oxford, GA, passed away July 22, 2022. She was born on May 3, 1961, to Loran and Marilyn Crowe. Lisa was a member of Dallas Church of Christ alongside her husband of 15 years, Johnny Townley. She was a devoted wife and daughter who loved spending time with her family. She loved butterflies, Georgia football, and cats.
In addition to her husband and parents, Lisa is survived by her sisters, Lorie Friend of Cartersville, Denise (James) Piper of Centre, AL, and Diana Cordova of Centre, AL; two step-grandchildren Eli and Ava Watson of Dallas; her mother-in-law, Mrs. Pat Day of Oxford, GA; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held following the visitation at 4:00 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ricky Gray officiating.
